Not forgetting the Interactive Teaching Programs for Maths. It's worth keeping an eye on this page, as they're frequently updating them and adding new ones.
Oxfordshire have created yet more resources for Literacy and Numeracy, arranged by year group. They are only available in Smart Notebook form, but there are links from this page to more general resources from Lancashire, including Textease resources.
http://www.iwb.org.uk/ is a bank of Interactive Whiteboard resources created by or suggested by teachers, including links to websites.
Promethean have their own page where teachers can upload flipcharts for their boards. If you have a Promethean board, you can use submitten flipcharts as part of their accreditation system, getting yourself a certificate. Or alternatively, just use what others have done!

Also, many of the activities on Mathszone, Subtangent, Count On and ICT Games can be used on the Interactive Whiteboard. Top Marks have lots of downloadable IWB files, as well as other things.
Word Magnets is great for practising rearranging letter and word order to form sentences, in Literacy and MFL.
